This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Information that Algoworks Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Algoworks,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects from and about you, how we use and disclose Personal Information, and your choices and legal rights concerning your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy, as it applies to the websites, mobile applications and services (collectively, the “Services”) owned, operated or provided by Algoworks that display or link to this Privacy Policy, including our offline locations.
“Personal Information” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, and includes “personal data” or similar terms as defined in applicable law.

We collect the categories of Personal Information identified below:

We disclose each of the categories of Personal Information described above to vendors that help us provide the Services and Algoworks’s services to you. For example, our vendors assist Algoworks by maintaining user accounts, providing customer support, processing payments and providing analytics and storage service. In addition, we disclose Personal Information to our vendors to help maintain the security and integrity of our Services, improve our Services, correct errors that occur in the Services and provide marketing and advertising services. We do not “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined under applicable laws) Personal Information.
B. How we use personal information
Algoworks uses Personal Information to:
- Provide you with the Services.
- Communicate with you, such as through chat bots, about your inquiries or requests, to request feedback from you and to send you updates and messages about our Services.
- Review the usage and maintain the operation of our Services.
- Analyze, develop and improve our Services.
- Monitor, protect and maintain the security and integrity of our Services and our business, such as protecting against and preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and other liabilities.

C. Retention
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with our services, unless you request to delete or otherwise limit our use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Our use of Google Analytics and Advertising technologies: We implement Google Analytics cookies to collect personal information about you when visit our website for purposes of remarketing, impression reporting and demographic and interest reporting. This information includes unique identifiers, language preferences, information about which pages you visit and information about your devices. To the extent allowed by Google, Algoworks instructs Google not to combine analytics data with other data that it controls. You can opt-out of the use of this technology through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add on, Google Ad Settings, and Ad Settings for mobile apps.
C. Information we receive from third parties
We may receive Personal Information from other sources, including:
- Officials in your company, who may provide us with information to create an account that enables you to use our Services.
- Social Media Platforms, depending on their policies and your settings on the platforms.
- Other Companies that provide Personal Information to supplement what we already know about you, including data aggregators.
D. Combination of Information
We may combine Personal Information that we receive from different sources. For example, we may combine Personal Information that we collect from you offline with Personal Information we collect from you through our Services. Similarly, we may combine Personal Information that we receive from third parties with Personal Information we already have about you. We use, disclose and protect combined Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
How we disclose your personal information

- Relevant third parties as part of a corporate transaction: In the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceeding), we may disclose or transfer your Personal Information to certain third parties, such as the acquiring entity and its advisers.
- Other third parties: We will disclose your Personal Information to other third parties at your direction or with your consent. You can control whether you see interest-based advertisements on your mobile device(s) in the following ways:

You will need to opt out separately on all of your browsers and devices, as each opt out will apply only to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies or mobile identifiers, change browsers or use a different device, any opt-out cookie or tool may no longer work and you will have to opt out again.
Even if you choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, you may still receive advertising, but the advertisements may be less relevant.
Some of our partners may provide you with additional choices with respect to interest-based advertising. Finally, we may deidentify, anonymize or aggregate Personal Information so that it will no longer be considered Personal Information. Our use and disclosure of such information is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf. Algoworks retains the right to ask you to confirm that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity.

- Right to erase: You have the right to erase Personal Information pertaining to you, under certain conditions. We will assess any deletion request after verifying your identity and work to respond within one calendar month, and let you know if we need additional time.

- Right to restrict: You have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Information, under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the data we have collected from you. Under certain conditions, you may request that we transfer your Personal Information to another organization, or directly to you.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

Our Services may have links to third-party services, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience. We do not direct our Services to minors (individuals under the age of 18), nor do we knowingly solicit or collect any Personal Information from minors.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove or otherwise revise portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the change(s) to our Services. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept these changes.
