Streamlining DevOps insights for a global automotive manufacturer
A global automotive manufacturer needed a clearer view of software delivery across dozens of agile teams. Data lived in multiple CI/CD pipelines, project systems and monitoring tools, so leadership lacked a single source of truth for deployment speed, incident resolution and stability. We built a centralized platform that unifies insights, automates reporting and enables faster decisions.
Lack of unified visibility slowed DevOps decision-making.
Delivery teams used different toolchains for work tracking, builds and releases. Comparing performance across 70+ scrum teams was slow, and incident data did not flow into a shared view. Leaders could not see DORA alongside microservice KPIs, which made it hard to spot bottlenecks early.
Without a common lens, deployment cycles were inconsistent, downtime took longer to diagnose and improvements were difficult to measure.
A centralized DevOps performance platform built for scale.
We developed custom Python APIs and scripts to pull data from CI/CD and project systems into a single database. A real-time push mechanism connected incident and resolution events directly to DORA. API and web application tests were automated across pipelines, supported by load, security and chaos testing. Power BI dashboards gave leaders and teams actionable views with drill-downs by service and team. Governance standardized KPIs so every team reported consistently.
With one model for data and dashboards, 70+ teams could compare performance and act on the same facts.
Bottlenecks surfaced earlier, which increased deployment speed across teams. Real-time incident reporting shortened resolution times, and visibility into 20+ microservice KPIs improved system stability. Leadership gained a single source of truth that supported planning, reviews and continuous improvement.
Teams now track delivery health the same way, which reduced time spent reconciling reports and increased time spent improving pipelines and quality.
