Agile

AGILE refers to a group of methodologies used for the development of software. AGILE promotes open collaboration, development iterations and process adaptability through the entire life-cycle of the project. The basis lies in the fact that the process opts for minimal planning and doing things in small increments. The overall risk is thus minimized and the project can adapt to any kind of change more quickly. The stakeholder is also consulted at the end of iteration and comments (if any) are noted. Each iteration has its own planning, design, writing unit tests and requirement analysis. These are done in small time boxes. This helps in the better customization of the product.
